For customers with yard debris service and a yard debris cart.

• • Place into brown paper yard debris bags next to your yard debris cart.
• • 40 lb weight limit per bag.
• • Paper yard debris bags may be purchased at most home improvement stores or through online stores.

Reduced Rate Program

Qualifying Hillsboro residents may receive a 75% discount on monthly solid waste and recycling rates. Income limits apply. Applications are processed through Community Action of Washington County.
