Start / Stop Service

Please be sure to call our office no later than 2:00pm the day before your last pick up day. Calls received after 2:00pm will be scheduled for the next week.

The following information is needed to close your account:

• • YOUR LAST PICK UP DAY — This would be on a regular pick up day.
• • FORWARDING ADDRESS — So that we may mail you any credit balance.

Final Payment:

All accounts must be paid in full before service may be stopped. We will take a final payment over the phone when you call to cancel service. Any credit on the account will be refunded to you by mail.

Carts / Bins:

All carts & bins must be returned to us on your last pick up. Any carts or bins not returned will result in replacement fees.

Call our office @ 503-357-3510 to get started! So that we may process your new account as quickly as possible, please have the following information available for each account holder when you call:

• • NAME (First & Last)
• • SERVICE ADDRESS
• • MAILING ADDRESS (if different than service address)
• • Phone #s: Home, Cell & Work
• • Email address
• • Financial information to establish online billing or payment
• • Do you own or rent? If renting, we will need your landlord's name, address & phone #
• • Paper bills or email bills? We suggest E-Bills — more secure & arrive faster
• • What service level would you like? Please visit our page to see current available services & rates
• • When would you like to start service? Carts can be delivered next business day when account is set up by 2:00pm
